For most videos 1-3 songs is the optimal amount. This allows a good portion of the song to play and leaves us room for transitions at the beginning and end of a song. Often songs will be edited to only play a few minutes instead of the entire track.

We are happy to work with clients who are highly motivated to be involved in every step of the process. We can follow your directions for the timing and sequence of your slideshow, as well as add special effects or other features you want. We can also work independently to use our years of experience as a guide to what will work well to honor your loved one. This largely depends on how complex you want your tribute to be. But in general, we know that time is tight and things move quickly in the wake of a loss. We guarantee completion of your project before the deadline and will work with you to choose the right options. For example, if the funeral is in 48 hours we will recommend a less complex tribute and we can always add to the tribute later or even prepare something entirely new for a memorial service which occurs after the wake or funeral or for a tribute to give to friends and family at a later time. Tribute slideshows can make wonderful gifts if you are looking for a thoughtful way to help friends and family members mourn a loss.
